In the first quantitative survey research study on the mind-body-spirit role in spontaneous cancer remission, Dr. Blake Suzelis identified six practical guidelines that you can begin implementing today.

Embrace the journey of learning, growing, and evolving. The changes and trials you face lead to growth and empowerment. Life could be seen as happening to you or happening for your growth. It is your choice; however, the latter helps you see the lessons that get you to the next level of evolution, evidenced by the survey results. This perspective draws you out of the emotional brain and into the thinking brain, priming you for the next evolutionary step of intuition.
Set clear intentions. Know what you desire before you start your self-healing journey, which offers a target for which to aim. Current perspectives lead to similar outcomes. Work to align your intentions with new perspectives. Self-love, being free to be yourself, experiencing oneness with everything, and aligning with your soul purpose are helpful targets, evidenced by the research.
Practice surrendering expectancy. The synchronistic benefits of surrendering without an emotional attachment to the outcome is a vital element of mindfulness. Being free to be yourself can only be experienced when you let go of what should be and embrace what is; when you let go of who you used to be through self-forgiveness and self-acceptance, you open to loving the current version of yourself while knowing you will continue to evolve. According to the survey results, the expression of self-trust is surrendering or letting go, an essential aspect of the journey.
Seek answers for yourself. Self-responsibility continues to correspond significantly with spontaneous cancer remission. Utilize intuition along with rationality to make decisions. However, trust that supernatural aid will appear when needed; you are not alone!
Get to know your mind, emotions, and body. Understand your belief system and how it influences your emotions and vice versa. Learn to listen to what your body tells you through emotional communication and differentiate this from intuition. Seek peace within, regardless of external factors; learning to manage and release emotions helps you get there.
Create a practice of being (spirituality). This could be prayer, meditation, time in nature, or another activity that allows you to be with yourself and the energetic oneness that connects all things. Further, being is experienced in the body, and oneness is in the intuitive heart, while the mind helps understand the experiences. The survey results indicated that intuition guides spiritual experiences, which trains one to connect with everything. Spiritual awakening was highly associated with spontaneous cancer remission.
I wish you well on your self-healing journey!
