Welcome to the Vital Evolution Level One Group 🤗
We are not meant to do the journey of life alone...this is especially true for those who choose to surrender to their vital evolution! Although self-responsibility is a major element in self-healing, giving and receiving is critical, too.
Allow this space to be a place to connect with other members experiencing their vital evolution in level one. Ask questions, post updates, receive updates, encourage one another, share videos, and anything else that will help the group experience healing. Hint: powerful questions are a great way to engage and invite a deep level of introspection necessary for self-healing.

Everyone has a different point of view and we want that! Seeing through the lenses of more and more people help us to increasingly gain awareness of the whole. I invite you to practice empathy (seeking understanding), reflection (communicating back to a person what you understand), and assertiveness (speaking your truth in love). Practice your trust-building skills here so you can bring them into all areas of your life! If you cannot practice these skills and instead use the strategies of competition and aggressiveness, you may be blocked from participating. Remember: trust and love lead to unity, whereas fear leads to separation.
