About the event
Your Vital Evolution journey begins in the majestic Oak Creek Canyon at the cozy Briar Patch Inn. Meals and lodging are included and will be held in The Ponderosa cabin and on the grounds of Briar Patch. March temperatures are typically mid-60s and mid-30s during the night. Bring shoes and warm enough clothes to be outside for 1-2 hours at a time.
Therapeutic Modalities utilized during the retreat: psychoeducation, Mindbody skills training, mindfulness, EMDR, CBT, DBT, attachment therapy, hypnotherapy, existential therapy, and art therapy.
Level One Retreat Outcomes:
· Learning Dr. Blake Suzelis’ mind-body-spirit integration model.
· Learning to master the emotional brain through the practice of mindbody skills training.
· Identifying unhelpful beliefs, emotional reactions, relational strategies, and attachments that trap one in the emotional brain and unconscious state of being.
